3. Our Services

BoosterCraft AI provides AI-powered growth services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, watch hours, and channel members across supported social media platforms. All services are delivered automatically through our AI system.

4. User Responsibilities

When using BoosterCraft AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate profile links and usernames for the accounts you wish to grow
• Ensure your social media accounts are set to public at the time of placing an order
• Not use our services in violation of any social media platform's terms of service
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse engineer our AI systems
• Not use our platform for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a RBI-compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you authorize BoosterCraft AI to charge the selected amount to your chosen payment method. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Delivery & Results

BoosterCraft AI aims to deliver all orders within the estimated time shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on platform conditions, account settings, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific results beyond the quantity of the service purchased.

For services to be delivered successfully, your social media profile or post must remain public throughout the delivery period. BoosterCraft AI is not responsible for non-delivery caused by private accounts, deleted content, or changes in social media platform algorithms.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on our refund process. In general, orders that have already begun processing are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in cases where delivery was not completed due to a fault on our end.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, technology, and AI systems on BoosterCraft AI are the intellectual property of BoosterCraft AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BoosterCraft AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account.
