Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment: If we are unable to deliver your order due to a fault on our end, we will process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

At BoosterCraft AI, we strive to deliver every order successfully through our AI-powered growth system. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellations

Orders placed on BoosterCraft AI are processed automatically by our AI system immediately after payment confirmation. Due to the instant nature of our service, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and processing has begun.

If you have placed an order by mistake or entered an incorrect profile link, please contact us through our Help Centre as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in progress.

When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

✅ Eligible for Refund
Order was not delivered at all due to a fault on our end.

Technical error caused duplicate payment.

Payment was deducted but order was never placed in our system.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
Order is in progress or already delivered.

Profile was private during delivery period.

Wrong link provided by the customer.

Account was deleted or banned after order was placed.

Partial Delivery

In some cases, our AI system may deliver a partial quantity of your order due to external platform conditions. If less than 70% of your ordered quantity was delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the undelivered amount. Please contact us through our Help Centre with your order ID.

Drop in Count After Delivery

Social media platforms regularly audit and remove accounts. If you experience a drop in followers, views, or likes after delivery is completed, this is outside our control and is not eligible for a refund. We recommend placing orders gradually rather than in large quantities to minimize this risk.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us through our Help Centre before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank. We are committed to resolving all genuine issues fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your access to BoosterCraft AI being permanently restricted.
