Absolutely not. BoosterCraft AI never asks for your social media password, login credentials, or any sensitive account information. We only need your public profile link or username to deliver your order.

We currently support: Instagram (Followers, Views, Likes, Comments, Channel Members), YouTube (Subscribers, Watch Hours), Facebook (Page Likes, Page Followers, Post Likes), X/Twitter (Followers, Likes), LinkedIn (Followers), Telegram (Members, Views), and WhatsApp (Channel Members).

Just type what you need in the chat — for example "I want Instagram followers". Our AI will guide you step by step: choose a package, share your profile link, pick a payment method, and your order is placed automatically after payment.

Your Order ID is shown in the chat immediately after your payment is confirmed. It starts with "BC" followed by 6 digits — for example BC482910. Please save this for future reference.

If you entered the wrong profile link, please contact us immediately through the chat before delivery begins. Once delivery has started, we are unable to change the profile link and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded for this reason.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and all UPI apps), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS). All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant and regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). BoosterCraft AI never stores your card details, UPI ID, or banking information on our servers.

This is rare but can happen due to network issues. If your payment was deducted but you did not receive an Order ID in the chat, please wait 10 minutes and refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact us through the Help Centre — we will verify your payment and process your order manually.

After tapping a UPI app, return to the BoosterCraft AI browser tab. Our system automatically detects your payment within a few seconds. If confirmation doesn't appear within 2 minutes, refresh the page. Your order will still be processed as long as payment was successful.

Delivery typically begins within a few minutes of your order being confirmed. Full delivery depends on the service and quantity ordered — usually between 24 to 72 hours. You'll start seeing gradual growth starting from the first hour.

Yes. For followers, likes, views, and other services to be delivered, your social media profile or post must be set to public during the delivery period. Private accounts cannot receive our services. Please make your profile public before placing an order and keep it public until delivery is complete.

Social media platforms periodically remove inactive or flagged accounts which can cause small drops. This is a normal occurrence across the industry and is not something BoosterCraft AI can control. We recommend placing orders gradually and not purchasing very large quantities at once to minimize drops.

Refunds are available if we were unable to deliver your order due to a fault on our end. Orders that have been delivered or are in progress are not eligible for refunds. Please read our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. UPI refunds usually arrive faster, within 3–5 business days.

Yes. BoosterCraft AI never requires your social media password or login credentials. We only use your public profile link to deliver our AI-powered services. Your payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay's secure servers.

Your profile link is used solely to deliver your order. It is stored securely and deleted from our servers within 90 days of your order being completed. We never share your profile link with any third party. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
